Job Title: Compliance Specialist I

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Onsite - 5 days/week)

Contract: 11 months

We're looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to join a fast-paced Privacy Operations team. This role supports privacy rights case management and ensures compliance with data protection regulations across a large-scale digital platform. Ideal for early-career professionals interested in privacy, compliance, or legal operations.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage data privacy requests (e.g., GDPR-related)
• Triage high volumes of tickets with accuracy and efficiency
• Investigate and resolve privacy issues, escalating when needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain process documentation
• Support initiatives to improve operational efficiency and ensure SLA compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, CS, Data Protection, Arts/Humanities, or related field
• 0-2 years relevant experience in privacy, compliance, or legal operations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred:

• Familiarity with GDPR or other global data protection regulations
• Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, ServiceNow, Jira)
• Privacy certifications (CIPP, CIPT, CIPM)
