Business Systems Analyst with 2-4 years of experience analyzing requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems workflow and write technical documentation.
Our multinational tech client are seeking a short-term Contractor Business Systems Analyst to coordinate projects and team processes at the intersection of Global Operations and product/engineering teams across their organization. The role would benefit from familiarity with integrity / trust & safety / content moderation systems, and/or customer support processes. Central to the role will be the thoughtful administration of diverse planning and documentation efforts, so excellence in organization and written communication is essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing processes pertaining to operational workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Confer with cross functional teams regarding the nature of the workflow and their needs.
- Gather requirements from business units and translate those to technical requirements.
- Prepare analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation.
- Coordinate and link the systems and processes to increase compatibility.
- Executes on system improvements to operational processes.

Education:
