Acting as a catalyst for change, guiding teams to adopt and effectively implement Agile methodologies and practices. The Agile Coach will mentor and support teams, providing them with the necessary tools, knowledge, and skills to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Transformation: Drive the adoption of Agile principles and practices across the organisation, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Team Coaching: Provide guidance and mentorship to Agile teams, facilitating effective collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within Agile processes and implement effective solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Training and Development: Deliver training programs and workshops to equip team members with the necessary Agile skills and knowledge.
- Facilitation: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure smooth execution and value delivery.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyse key Agile metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to build consensus and support for Agile initiatives.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest Agile trends and methodologies to ensure best practices are being applied.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for continuous improvement and innovation
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, CSPO, SAFe Practitioner)
- Experience in a variety of industries or domains
- Coaching or mentoring experience
