Key Responsibilities
- Invoice Processing: Review, verify, and process invoices efficiently.
- Payment Management: Prepare and execute timely payment runs.
- Vendor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Reconciliation: Conduct monthly reconciliations of accounts payable transactions.
- Expense Management: Accurately process employee expense reports.
- Reporting: Generate reports and provide insights into accounts payable activities.
- Audit Support: Assist with audits by providing thorough documentation and support.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
