Accounts Payable Clerk (Immediately available)

The Opportunity
We are partnering with a well-established global organisation based in North Dublin to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk up to a 6 month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy finance team within a large international business, supporting high-volume accounts payable operations during a period of increased activity.
Due to the location of the site and limited public transport options, candidates must have access to their own vehicle and a full driving licence.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
- Inputting financial data onto the company's finance system
- Matching, coding and validating invoices
- Preparing and processing supplier payments in line with payment schedules
- Investigating and resolving invoice and payment queries
- Supporting month-end AP activities as required
- Maintaining accurate supplier records and documentation
- Working closely with colleagues across finance and operations to ensure smooth processing workflows
About You
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can quickly get up to speed with new systems and processes.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong data entry and administration skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience processing supplier payments
- Good working knowledge of finance systems and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- Own transport is essential due to the location
