Responsibilities:
- Preparing weekly sales and profit reports
- Preparing weekly bank reconciliations
- Posting monthly journals for preparation of monthly management accounts
- Preparing Monthly Customer and Product Reports for Monthly Accounts Pack
- Preparing the IFRS Accounts into US GAAP Format.
- Assisting with preparation of Forecast figures included in the Monthly Accounts Pack
- Preparing company monthly trial balance
- Year-end requirements
- Providing cover for debtors and bank lodgements duties
- Providing cover for system support
- Preparing weekly wage timesheets for employees
- Dealing with Ad-hoc duties.
The successful candidate will :
- Be ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA part qualified or have a business degree or equivalent.
- Have excellent computer skills - Excel and familiarity with the use of accounting packages
- Have excellent organisational skills giving strong attention to detail
- Key attributes also include efficient work methods, strong attention to detail, working both as part of a team and on own initiative and good interpersonal skills.
