Senior Automation Engineer

A global manufacturing site in Cork seeks a Senior Automation Engineer to support automation, equipment, and NPI projects in a regulated environment.

The Senior Automation Engineer will deliver advanced technical and engineering support to automation projects or functions, leveraging established engineering competencies and systems training to ensure successful project support.

Key focus:

• Automation, equipment & process engineering support
  
  
• New product & process introduction
  
  
• Process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ)
  
  
• GMP documentation & continuous improvement
  
  

Background:

• Ideally an Engineering degree (or equivalent experience)
  
  
• 3+ years in regulated manufacturing (MedTech/Pharma ideal)
  
  
• Strong project delivery & problem-solving skills
  
  
• Able to work autonomously; contractors welcome
