We have an excellent opportunity for an Operations Director to join a fast-growing Mechanical Engineering Contractor based in Cork.

If you have worked multiple construction projects in recent years with a strong background in Mechanical, HVAC and water services this could be a great opportunity for your next career move.

This company have a large portfolio of projects and there is an opportunity here for you to lead out the Operations side of the business.

You will have at least 8-10 years commercial experience working across mechanical construction projects within both residential and commercial sectors with a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems, with proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple mechanical projects from initial concept through completion
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Design & Technical Oversight

• Review and coordinate mechanical designs, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations
• Liaise with engineers, architects, and consultants
