Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to join our regional Business Solutions & Systems group. In this role, you will support administrative and operational functions for the Enterprise sales business across EMEA. You will collaborate across teams to manage master data, sync enterprise applications, and maintain operational dashboards.
Responsibilities:
- Data Management & Governance: Centrally process requests to create, update, deactivate, and deduplicate customer master data records in compliance with established governance standards.
- Dashboard Maintenance: Perform daily updates on business reporting dashboards, ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot reporting issues, and liaise with development teams on enhancements.
- System Integration & Monitoring: Monitor data flows across central Customer Data Management (CDM), CRM, and ERP systems to identify and resolve sync failures or data discrepancies.
- Data Quality & Auditing: Conduct regular data quality audits using automated and manual validation processes. Track key metrics and escalate systemic issues.
- Financial & Claim Audits: Partner with Finance to perform monthly audits on channel partner claim payouts, reconciling system data to ensure accuracy.
- Stakeholder Support: Act as a functional point of contact for sales teams, finance, and account managers. Resolve internal and partner queries regarding scope, eligibility, and data within established SLAs.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Background in data administration, master data management (MDM), CRM platforms, or enterprise systems support.
- Data & Analytics: Proficient in Excel, SQL, BI reporting platforms, and modern productivity/AI tools for large-dataset analysis.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot system sync issues and work autonomously.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Education: Degree in Business Information Systems, Data Management, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Project management qualifications are a plus.
