Finance Manager - Cork City - Permanent
We are thrilled to announce an exclusive partnership with an esteemed Irish business in their quest for a Finance Manager. This role is an innovative new position created to support the Chief Operations Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Streamline and enhance the general ledger for improved management data accessibility.
· Prepare and deliver monthly budget reports, supporting annual budget and projection processes.
· Review financial processes to identify efficiencies and enhance effectiveness.
· Ensure accurate and timely monthly and annual financial reporting.
· Address tax, financial controls, and cash flow risks, providing recommendations for risk management.
· Conduct assessments on major expense categories, collaborating with managers to optimize spending.
· Enhance Profit and Loss analysis to provide deeper insights into business streams.
· Support pricing strategies through analytical tools and processes.
Skills and Experience:
· ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CPA Qualified with minimum 4 years post qualification experience.
· IT proficient.
· Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
· Impeccable time management skills.
· Excellent analytical, investigative, problem solving and follow through skills.
· Leadership skills.
