Field Calibration & Service Engineer
Location: Cork (with nationwide travel)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Field Calibration & Service Engineer to join a growing team supporting specialist leak testing and measurement equipment across Ireland. This role is ideal for an engineer with strong analytical skills, a hands-on mindset, and a customer-focused approach who enjoys working independently and on the move.
The Role
Working as part of the service engineering team, you will be responsible for:

On-site calibration and servicing of specialist test and measurement equipment (50% of the role).

Fault-finding, diagnosis, and repair of electro-mechanical systems (50% of the role).

Producing calibration certificates, technical reports, and recommendations for new/replacement equipment.

Supporting customers primarily in the pharmaceutical sector (Cork, Dublin, and occasional visits to Galway).

Attending training at the UK headquarters and shadowing colleagues in Ireland to gain product expertise.

Growing into a Sales Engineer role over time as part of your career progression.
What We're Looking For

Degree or technical qualification in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related discipline).

Previous experience in a service, calibration, or maintenance environment (broader backgrounds considered).

Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn specialist equipment.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Flexibility to travel nationally with occasional overnight stays.

Full Irish driving licence.
