Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Customer Administration Specialist to join a dynamic team in Cork. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, and providing excellent administrative support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Customer Account Management: Maintain and update customer records accurately.
- Order Processing: Handle order entries and manage the order cycle.
- Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze customer service reports to identify trends and improve processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
