Description

• Produce accurate CAD drawings to support the Process Engineering Teams projects.

Examples:

• Interact with projects team stakeholders (Internal, Client and suppliers) to develop concepts and ideas to workable solutions.
• Maintain and contribute to company drafting standards adherence and development.
• Troubleshoot CAD software and hardware issues as they arise and share learnings with the drafting team.
• Interact with workshop craft personnel to develop knowledge of "how to build" aseptic process systems to ensure drawings are developed considering build process.

Required key skills & experience of CAD Designer

• Minimum Level 7 in related field (preferred).
• 2-5 years' experience utilizing CAD software in a professional environment
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Plant3D, P&ID (drawings and symbols), ISO and BSI drafting standards, building regulations for stairs and platforms are an advantage.
• An understanding of mechanical/pipework/process engineering/metal fabrication projects are an advantage.
• Knowledge, experience of pharmaceutical process systems are an advantage.
• Highly organized and ability to multi-task and manage competing needs and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written including ability to develop detailed applications proposals.
• Ability to think in a three-dimensional manner.
• Ability to work well in a team.
