Overview
An exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a global organisation operating within clinical research and digital technology. This role focuses on supporting and improving systems and processes that underpin clinical trial delivery, with a strong emphasis on digital optimisation and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
- Translate user needs into clear functional specifications, workflows, and use cases
- Support process mapping and identify opportunities for digital and operational improvements
- Collaborate across cross-functional and international teams to deliver system enhancements
- Assist with system testing, issue resolution, and ongoing operational support
- Monitor system performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Support audit readiness, documentation, and training materials where required
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Science, IT, Healthcare) or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a regulated environment
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience working with clinical systems, healthcare data, or similar environments is advantageous
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities

- Experience within clinical research, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences
- Knowledge of regulatory or quality standards
- Exposure to digital transformation or system optimisation initiatives
