Role Overview
We are seeking an Automation Engineer to design, build, and deploy end-to-end automation and digital transformation solutions within our global finance and business operations. Working across a modern full-stack ecosystem, you will partner closely with business analysts and technology teams to automate complex processes, integrate enterprise systems, and leverage emerging AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities

Solution Delivery: Design, configure, and deploy scalable full-stack automation solutions following team standards and architecture best practices.

Business Collaboration: Partner with analysts and business stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, assess technical feasibility, and present findings.

System Integration: Build seamless integrations between core web applications, cloud infrastructure, enterprise APIs, and data platforms.

Testing & Quality Assurance: Create test scenarios, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and participate in error resolution and defect tracking.

Operational Support: Assist operational teams in troubleshooting and resolving issues within production automation processes.
Must-Have Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of software development and programming experience.

Frontend: React / Next.js and TypeScript.

Backend & Data: Python, PySpark, and PostgreSQL.

Cloud & Architecture: Hands-on experience with AWS and RESTful API integrations.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Preferred Qualifications

Domain experience in Finance or Supply Chain business operations.

Exposure to Microsoft Fabric (PySpark notebooks, Delta Lake) or SAP API integrations.

Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Microservices architecture.

Familiarity with Generative AI / LLM platform integrations and OCR technologies.

Knowledge of statistical concepts and data-quality checks (e.g., anomaly detection).
