Employer Solutions Tax Associate Director - Reading

A leading Employer Solutions (ES) team is recruiting for a Global Mobility Tax Associate Director / Senior Manager in their Reading office

This is a key hire, where the incumbent will be involved in the strategic growth and development of the ES offering in Reading / Thames Valley region. The ES team advises clients of various size and industry, including start-up enterprises, mid-market organisations, public sector bodies and larger corporations.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing your own client list and being the main point of contact
• Responsible for ensuring compliance objectives are met
• Leading the successful delivery of advisory projects
• Develop business from new and existing clients
• Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members
• Maintaining a high level of tax technical knowledge and keeping up to date with any legislative changes

You will be a confident communicator and team player, have commercial acumen and be risk aware. You will also be either ATT or CTA qualified, currently working in a similar position in a Global Mobility / Employer Solutions team.
