Lead and transform multiple teams as a Senior Director

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple sales teams, ensuring they surpass annual sales targets through prospecting, cross-sales, and other activities.
  • Provide direction and leadership, ensuring a positive atmosphere, continuous growth, and good teamwork.
  • Develop current team members and recruit new staff as necessary.
  • Arrange complex solutions for key clients and contribute ideas to product development.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key market players and new potential partners.

Required skills

  • 5+ years of proven experience in management and staff development.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in sales and/or relationship management
  • Experience in working within or sales to the banking / financial industry sectors such as capital markets.
