Sales Director (Engineering Service Team)

Job Description

A top consultancy firm is looking for a Sales Director to be responsible for driving the Engineering Service Team to develop and lead new business.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Overseeing market business trends to identify business opportunities.
  • Establishing partnership with external parties and maintaining long-term cooperative relationships.
  • Acting as a connection between clients and the engineering team throughout projects.
  • Providing business insights in the decision making process and forecasting potential issues.
  • Being able to source technical support to meet clients' requirements.

Required skills

  • 10+ years of experience in Telecommunication-related fields, or proven experience in participating account expansion business.
  • Fluent English and Japanese proficiency are required.

Preferred skills

  • Degree in Tech, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
  • Proven working experience in engineering, technical or consulting firms are also welcomed.

Personal Attributes

  • Strong entrepreneurial mind-set and negotiation skills.
  • Result-driven and clear logic in identifying and solving issues.
