Roles/Responsibilities
- Service Desk Support for problems identified with systems and network.
- Diagnose and rectify network traffic and connectivity issues.
- Create and maintain documentation for network topology.
- Root cause analysis or servers and service outages
- Provide infrastructure service is storage, servers (Linux, Windows) server virtualization (Hypervisor), server security, system monitoring and backup and restore.
- Create technical specifications and requirements for purchase of servers, accustomed to getting quotes.
Required skills
- Provide Service Desk Support for system and network issues, including diagnosis and resolution of network connectivity problems, along with documentation maintenance for network topology.
- Conduct root cause analysis for server and service outages while managing infrastructure services encompassing storage, servers (Linux, Windows), server virtualization (Hypervisor), security, monitoring, backup, and restore.
- Develop technical specifications and procurement requirements for servers, proficient in obtaining price quotes.
