Roles/Responsibilities
- Analyze client performance to identify opportunities for growth and exceed sales targets.
- Lead client acquisition efforts and work closely with internal teams to strategize business expansion.
- Foster strong partnerships with key travel agencies, negotiating and overseeing commercial agreements.
- Represent our brand at industry events, contributing to strategy planning and enhancing customer relationships.
- Proactively manage your client portfolio to boost sales and profitability, ensuring optimal product distribution.
Required skills
- At least 2-5 years of sales and account management experience of OTA accounts or within travel or hospitality sectors.
- Familiarity with Sales Force & Tableau or similar tools is a plus.
- Possesses exceptional communication skills, resourceful, customer-centric, and result-driven.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English is a must
