Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver strategic IT related programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Define program scope, using a detailed Work Breakdown Structure, develop and manage program schedules, optimizing critical paths.
- Create and manage program budgets within the constraints, while keeping an eye on any project related risks, and take preventative measures.
- Collaborate on program Quality Plans, using various planning tools.
- Develop and monitor a risk management plan for proactive issue resolution.
- Estimate and assign cross-functional program resources.
- Provide leadership, feedback, coaching, and mentorship to younger team members.
- Develop Stakeholder engagement plans based on expectations and requirements, while providing the stakeholders with effective communication and feedback.
- Integrate end-user feedback into project decisions, communicating updates effectively.
Required skills
- BS or equivalent (MS and/or MBA preferred) in the IT area, with a minimum of 10 years of work experience.
- Fluent in both Japanese and English, enabling effective communication.
- Ability to drive results in support of business objectives, even under demanding timelines.
- Ability to align goals with broader organizational objectives.
- Track record for prioritizing tasks and schedules in a complex program landscape with a customer-centric approach.

- Hold PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certifications (strongly desired).
