Roles/Responsibilities
- You'll be the guardian of security risks, helping various business units to bolster their defenses and champion security categories across the organization.
- You'll serve as the vital 1.5 lines of defense.
- Manage tasks like DLP monitoring, Firewall approvals, and conducting security assessments for new implementations and projects.
- As part of the 2nd Line, you'll monitor KRIs gathered from cutting-edge tools, guiding IT teams to craft effective mitigation strategies.
- You'll conduct security risk assessments for proposed changes and initiatives, identifying potential threats, and evaluating their impact on the organization.
- Armed with your expertise, you'll provide strategic recommendations and implement additional security measures to uphold our secure environment.
Required skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in information security-related roles is preferred. Familiarity with diverse information security topics is vital, regardless of specific job history.
- Strong understanding of IT Risk and hands-on experience doing Risk Assessments.
- Integrity and a strong ethical compass are paramount for information security professionals.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying priorities and tasks beyond the defined role is key.
- Proficiency in Japanese is mandatory. While advanced English is not initially required, willingness to learn is essential for communication with global teams. Translation tools and Teams scripting are available for support.
