Head of Sales [AI & Enterprise MarTech Solution]

Job Description

You will be a driver in growth and development of new logos across all industries as well as developing the sales team. This role will require English daily as report line is overseas to APAC HQ.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Establish a strong pipeline for sales of the Martech solution
  • Build and manage relationships with prospective clients
  • Identify the right contacts to bring into a deal, at the right time
  • Partner with members like Pre-sales & Marketing in developing GTM strategy
  • Providing relevant and customized solutions for target clients throughout the entire sales process
  • Experience Managing and leading sales teams of 10 members +
  • Successful background in all of the above

Required skills

  • 10+ Years of successful experience selling Saas to Enterprise accounts
  • Relevant connections of C-level executives & potential clients
  • Fluent Japanese speaker & Business Level English

Preferred skills

  • Leader who has has led succesful teams
  • Has a passion & track record for success
  • Revenue focused, an overachiever.
