Set up and lead team delivering AI (NLP) Solutions to clients in Japan, and drive business expansion
Business planning: understand the market for AI Solutions, identify gaps and define a plan to set up a new product or solution that is needed in the market
Delivery: hire team members to build and deliver the solution to clients, ensure high quality of delivery and engagement of clients
Hands-on: work on large-sized projects yourself as well, especially in the beginning, as a Project or Program Manager
Stakeholder management: keep strong communication with both outside parties (clients, partners) and internal stakeholders (board members).
Track record in setting up a successful new product line, new business, or new company, within technology (either physical or non-tangible/service)
Excellent analysis skills (for example analysing KPI's or P&Ls)
Sales leadership experience
Strong interest in AI technology
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Language: Japanese native level, English conversational or higher

Work experience in AI technology (NLP or other)
Logical communication skills, and ability to listen and understand painpoints
