Roles/Responsibilities
- Work together with stakeholders from corporate, IT, and global business units to analyze data with an emphasis on customer information, product features, and channel details.
- Oversee the entirety of the data pertaining to the customer journey as specified by the business units, creating a framework for tracking the results of clienteling, loyalty programs, CRM communication, and assisting the business units in meeting the relevant KPIs.
- Strive to comprehend the connections between internal data, reduce risks that could harm the overall brand, and marketing key terms and information that are necessary for company expansion.
- Execute data analysis primarily focusing on customer purchase information and behavioral data.
- Budget and cost management for all projects related to customer analysis.
- Drive discussions and align with executive management and relevant departments to execute action
- plans.
- Understand the architecture and flow of data and assess associated risks.
- Oversee team operations and foster team member development for future growth
Required skills
- Retail experience is a plus.
- Japanese native level is a must.
