Roles/Responsibilities
- Reach out to hotel IT, Sales & Marketing, and Revenue Management departments to introduce the product suite and explore opportunities for collaboration.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, prepare proposales, and follow-up with clients to ensure timely closure of deals.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Country Director to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Play an active role in enhancing customer satisfaction through digital transformation strategy.
Required skills
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within hospitality or hospitality technology industry.
- Previous experience in hotel room sales, hotel operations/corporate management, hospitality technology, OTA, or customer satisfaction projects is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a drive to achieve results.
- Fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English
