Job Description

Our client, a lifestyle and health wearable products manufacturer with presence across 50 countries is now looking for a HR & Admin Coordinator to join their team. This is a new contract role.

Scope:

  • Assist with EP and DP applications, updates, cancellations or renewal
  • Respond to MOM queries and complete MOM surveys
  • Assist in scheduling of interviews
  • Prepare HR related letters or documents
  • Conduct monthly onboarding calls for new APAC employees
  • Conduct and coordinate yearly training on handbooks and/ or other mandatory trainings
  • Work with payroll vendors and ensure timely submission of payroll data
  • Check and record monthly payroll invoices
  • Create contracts and complete set up of employee profile on HRIS
  • Maintain regular updates on HRIS
  • Prepare IT documents on HRIS to record devices and hardware given to employees
  • Plan employee engagement activities for Singapore office
  • Provide support on travel
  • Assist with adhoc projects as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 2 years of HR Operations experience
  • Fast learner and able to multitask
  • Collaborate with people from different cultural background
