Senior Investor Relations Administrator

Job Description

Our client is a global leader in fund administration. The Singapore team is looking for someone to join their Investor Relations team to support their business.

Key Responsibility:

• Reviewing work of Investor Relations administration staff and ensuring rules and representations are adhered to
• Managing the team's daily workflow and ensuring deadlines are met
• Completing monthly and ad hoc reports upon request
• Working closely with and supporting Account Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the team
• Managing relationship with clients and acting as an esclation point
• Participate in updating of NAV, reporting to investors and maintaining share register
• Providing assistance to auditors and other fund participants and advisors
• Liasing with investors in relation to anti-money laundering documentation

 

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, or related discipline
• 3 to 5 years experience in an Investor Relations environment with hedge fund and private equity accounting preferred
• Active interest in financial markets, hedge fund and private equity industry preferred
• Dedicated team player with excellent communication skills in English (Both verbal and written)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
