Your new job…..

As a Junior Team Lead you will be responsible for the French Restaurant Support Associates for the New Client department. This team is responsible for launching new restaurants on the platform and guiding them to success.

Day to day you will be ........

  • Managing and reporting performance, managing the multilingual team and reporting their performance to your Senior Team Lead.

  • Identifying areas of improvement and possible gaps in team performance, to improve efficiency

  • Support to plan campaigns, to achieve key objectives and reach target KPI's

  • Training and upskilling, to ensure your team has the knowledge and tools available to positively assist establishments

  • Support Talent Acquisition, sourcing and providing ideas for ideal candidates for the team

  • Working close with other Team Leads

  • Be responsible for you teams monthly KPI's

You will need to have.......

  • A strong customer service background, with confidence to guide and direct a team. Experience in a leadership role is desirable

  • Excellent French verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to think logically and strategically

  • Committed to your own performance and development

  • Good problem-solving skills and showing high initiative

  • Effective organisational skills

  • Ability to work as part of a fast-growing team

Hours of work: Monday - Friday: 09:30am - 18:30pm
