Job Description

People Operations Coordinator, 12 month fixed-term contract with a Global SaaS company located in downtown Toronto. Excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to step into a professional role.

Morgan McKinley Canada has an exciting opportunity for a People Operations Coordinator to join a global SaaS company in their Toronto office.

This is a great opportunity for a graduate (HR, Business Administration or similar) with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who likes trying to come up with solutions, loves supporting and working with people daily, and has a passion for learning and development.

This is a diverse role that will support the team with administration, operations, event coordination, database management, and HR support.

What you will be doing:

  • Scheduling and participating in meetings.
  • Handling correspondence, responding to queries, and addressing any issues/complaints.
  • Organizing company travel and tracking expenses.
  • Managing the online filing systems and ensuring documentation is uploaded correctly.
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team.
  • Drafting letters, creating presentations, and compiling reports.
  • Tracking office budgets.
  • Being a main point of contact for staff, suppliers, and clients.
  • Supporting people team programs and HR administration.
  • Implementing and maintaining office administrative systems.
  • Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to.
  • Coordinating corporate events.

What you will have:

  • Undergraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Some work experience/internship experience providing administrative support to an HR, administration, finance, or operations department is a BIG plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail with excellent written/presentation skills.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) applications.
  • Previous experience using a company CRM or similar is a plus.
