Our client is a Financial Service company in Toronto is looking for a IT & Cyber Service Quality Analyst to join their amazing team.
The IT & Cyber Service Quality Analyst is responsible for retaining productive and successful relationships with the Lines of Business of all levels to keep apprised of technology & cybersecurity services, including communications, planning, coordination, and feedback loop to enhance and amplify IT & Cyber services' usage.
Experience we need:
- 2+ years IT & Cyber Reporting experience in a fast paced, cross-functional and cross-team environment and being the go-to person with multiple business partners.
- 1+ years with data analytics tools.
- 1+ years developing relationships with and ensuring the appropriate participation of key stakeholders and executives.
- 1+ years of experience conducting Business or Systems Analysis will be considered an asset.
- Experience with SOC-2 expectations, reviews and certification programs.
- Experience and interest in supporting new business initiatives.
- Experience with IT vendor relationship management evaluation of policy and procedure adherence, monitoring and reporting service level achievement and performance.
Role requirements
- Support in the development and management of relationship between business and technology groups
- Operate as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of inbound and outbound deliverables (reports, metrics, dashboard, etc.) from the Line of Business and Journeys.
- Have knowledge in subject matters pertaining to both IT & Cyber and business, and develop a thorough understanding of the Line of Business operating models, needs and expected deliverables
- Identifying all relevant sources of technology & cybersecurity performance data and telemetry and working with other teams to facilitate access to relevant technology & cybersecurity data from data analytics platforms and/or Continuous Compliance Monitoring platforms.
- Working with existing tools or identifying and implementing new tools to promote improvements to technology & cybersecurity analytics capabilities.
- Working with all technology & cybersecurity teams and other teams to identify relevant performance metrics, KPIs and KRIs and establishing automated processes to facilitate their continuous measurement.
