A leading Middle Eastern Banking institution is looking to continually expand their Retail Bank offerings through investing heavily into new marketing & digital capabilities. Scaling off the back of their international presence via Corporate & Private Banking, the Head of Digital Marketing & Digital Analytics will report directly to the Group CMO and have a pivotal role in shaping the retail banks' approach to digital strategy, analytics & insights.
You will be stepping into a senior leadership role with direct reports across various digital channels, working closely with cross functional stakeholders including: partnerships, group research, insights, CX, design, content as well as data & intelligence teams. You will bring a best in class understanding of digital design, content production, data management in order to lead strategy development and execution across the bank.
