Finance Business Partner | FP&A Analyst | Financial Modelling | Project Management | Investment | Budgeting and Forecasting |

Role: FP&A Analyst / Finance Business Partner
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + benefits
Location: City of London

An exciting opportunity for an analyst to grow into an exciting Finance Business Partner Role, to work within a growing commercial team within an established, Global real estate business - this role will give you exposure to all aspects of the business, M&A, tracking, forecasting, various projects, setting budgets, presenting etc.

Main Responsibilities

  • Business partnering with both internal teams and external consultants/Project Managers across multi-sites
  • Ownership of the development budgets and tracking actuals vs forecast
  • Reviewing of monthly invoices to ensure validity and no duplicates
  • Condensing large project forecasts into simple to understand Exec summaries, in order to seek necessary Shareholder sign offs
  • Run the monthly Investor Capital Draws and ensure historic Draws are fully reconciled
  • Assisting with the production and development of monthly Exec and external shareholder reporting
  • Provide ad hoc modelling and financial analysis support as required
  • Assist in the requirements gathering and implementation of an FP&A system
  • Assist with ensuring financial data within the FP&A system is accurately stated
  • Other ad hoc projects and investor requests as required

Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience

  • Part Qualified/Fully Qualified Accountant - CIMA/ACCA/ACA
  • Natural problem solver with a can-do attitude
  • Ideally FP&A experience in Property/Construction
  • Ideally (but not essential) experience in Development/Project Management
  • Experience of working with large volumes of excel-based information
  • Advanced knowledge and know-how of Excel, and other MS Office products
  • Experience of business partnering multiple functions/senior leaders
