A very exciting opportunity for a Qualified Director, Financial Planning and Analysis to join a business as it gears up to get ready for an IPO in 2022. This role will work closely with the CFO & exec team, the right candidate for this role will possess exceptional financial modelling skills, be able to interpret large sets of data and financial information and be able to communicate this to non-financial stakeholders across the business.
This Director, Financial Planning and Analysis role will give you exposure to continuous new acquisitions and deal with change in the market so adaptability is essential in this role. You will have experience putting together long range planning and thrive within an ever changing environment. This role is absolutely key within the finance team - working closely with the CFO and reporting into the head of FP&A this role has constant communications with senior execs on a Global scale so an incredibly high level of accuracy and efficiency is essential in this role.
The successful candidate will be qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with 5+ years PQE and possess exceptional communication and financial modelling skills, you will have experience preparing and presenting long term plans. You will also have had managed an asset for sale or had involvement with M&A or worked in a business through an IPO.
Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 + 15% bonus
Flexibility: Currently totally remote due to recent advice from the Government but when we return to "normal" will be back to 2/3 days in the office per week
