A renowned international private banking group that has recently created a brand new digital distribution function is now looking to build out their high performing digital department. As part of this very exciting period of growth, the business is now looking for a dedicated website product owner to take on ownership of the channel, as well as drive continual optimization with a focus on building out a UK digital presence as well as ongoing lead generation & conversions through a best in class end to end digital customer experience.
Your dynamic day to day will involve technical BAU website maintenance, QA, working with development & IT teams across various regional markets, CMS management & content distribution, managing workflows, implementing ongoing CRO initiatives, and building best practice processes across the wider business. You will be stepping into a very lean digital team where you will have hands on responsibilities across the entire online customer journey & touchpoints. Your cross functional responsibilities will be very broad, working alongside channel marketing, communications, sales, customer service, design, IT & development - so business parterning and commercial acumen will be key.
