Job Description

Morgan McKinley has an urgent temporary requirements for an experienced Business Support Administrator to provide Admin and Reception support in their lovely Wimbledon offices. This an ongoing Business Support Administrator role to start ASAP.

Hours: 9-6 Monday to Friday

Location: Office based, Wimbledon

Pay rate: £11-13 per hour + hols

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Reception cover, answering the phones and welcoming guests
  • Responding to emails
  • Helping to maintain the office, keeping reception area tidy, supplies stocked etc.
  • Archiving and dealing with post
  • General administration
  • Coordination and support of various internal/external events
  • General ad-hoc business administration support to the team

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven Office Support - Admin, Reception experience working in a similar role
  • Good IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
