About the role
As a Talent Development Manager, you will develop and execute the planning of talent strategy for talent management, culture and employee enagegement
Responsibilities
- Implement, monitor and evaluate the talent strategy of organization, focusing on talent management and employee engagement
- Oversee and assess talent programs to meet business needs and establish a robust talent pipeline
- Drive employee engagement and well-being through impactful staff activities
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management
- Create insightful management report through data analysis
- Gather feedback from key stakeholders for continuous improvement
- Coach the team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in talent management, employee engagement and wellness program areas
- Strong in communication, project management, delivering impactul programs and stakeholder management
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive and detail-minded
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent command in written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
