This large company is looking for a high-calibre individual to join them as HRBP focussing on a large-scale PRC project, based in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
Consolidate and validate workforce plan with all project coordinators of the designated business units and keep tracking and stay on top of the changes of the workforce requirement according to project and business assumption changes
Collect job descriptions from business units and perform analysis on them according to each business unit's Operating Model to insert view on the right organisation sharp, size and mix
Draft workforce templates and other templates for data collection from business units or other HR COEs and analyse on the data to make the first cut of story line.
Carry out the relevant compensation and benefit analysis to map out with the workforce based on business assumption
Lead the communication with the corporate and the other HRBP peers and business unit HR team to get the data point on the headcount planning and forecasting to enable a holistic view of BU headcounts
Requirements
Bachelor's degree holder
A minimum of 8-10 years of full-fledged HR/business partnering experience gained from large organisations
Fluency in Cantonese, English and preferably Mandarin
Good at Excel and PowerPoint and documents drafting
Very detail and open minded; able to validate things through communication
Strong stakeholder management skills
Preferably you should have had PRC experience
Can adapt quickly in an ever-evolving business environment
Strong Project Management skills and able to work towards challenging timelines
