Seeking to hire a HR Business Partner to join a market leading Insurance company in Dublin City Centre.
People Partner (Permanent)
Location: Dublin City Centre (Hybrid)
Working closely with various teams, ensure that all HR activities are aligned, as well as to provide best-practice advice and direction on people issues and opportunities.
Support the management team(s) as a strategic HR partner, offering HR direction and assistance to ensure the delivery of a high-quality HR service that is in line with the company's overall strategy and plans
Ensure business is resourced appropriately, providing HR expertise across the entire process including sitting on interview panels when required.
Manage the implementation of key programmes ensuring that all policies, processes, and frameworks are adhered to.
Seek solutions to people related business challenges and share them with the rest of the HR team to ensure that best practices are followed consistently throughout the firm.
Work closely with Divisional People Partner and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within the HR team to find sustainable and innovative solutions to business challenges.
Assist management with key annual activities such as the annual performance management and evaluation cycle.
Relevant degree in either HR or a relevant business discipline and is CIPD qualified.
Proven experience working as a HR Business Partner.
Ability to build and manage strategic relationships with senior management.
Experience of working in an environment where significant strategic change is occurring.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Strong understanding of Employment law.
