Payroll Specialist | Permanent | Hybrid After Training | Immediate start | Study Support & Study Leave | Excellent Opportunity

Excellent opportunity for a Payroll Specialist based in Dublin 4. This is a permanent position with a hybrid option available after training is complete

Responsibilities of Role

Some of the responsibilities would include:

  • accurate processing and recording of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll for clients of our payroll bureau (approx. 50 at present)
  • emailing payslips to employees directly where necessary, dealing directly with clients on queries as they arise
  • processing of monthly Revenue returns and payments on behalf of clients and dealing with any Revenue interventions and ongoing reporting's in relation to EWSS etc.

Key requirements

The successful candidate would be an approachable highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail and must be able to work with a team and work under pressure/deadlines.

We are looking for someone who is driven and capable of acting on their own initiative. Strong communication and customer service skills are also a must.

In terms of specific requirements, we would note the following

  • IPASS qualification preferred with minimum of two years' post qualification experience in payroll administration.
  • Knowledge of Ardbrook/Payday Payroll processing software would be desirable but not essential as on the job training can be provided for this software if not.
  • Working knowledge of ROS would be essential.
