This is a super opportunity for an experience Market Research Manager to join a leading global Pharma company based in Dublin.

Role: Market Research Manager
Duration: 9 months (possibility to extend to 12 months)
Location: Dublin
Salary: Competitive

This leading global Pharmaceutical company is looking for an experienced Market Research Manager to join their market research team. The successful candidate will be working with global brand teams, to bring new innovative products to those in need. You will manage a high number of senior stakeholders, evaluate brand performance and market trends using innovative statistical analysis techniques, bringing continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute primary market research to deliver insights.
  • Support colleagues to make strategic decisions through data-based insights, provide thought leadership and credibility in defining innovative Market Research strategy methodologies.
  • Implement innovation through adopting new techniques, data sources, automation and Al to enhance process efficiency and value of Insights.
  • Incorporate novel data sources and apply advanced analytics to optimize outputs.
  • Plan and design market research analyses based on a sound understanding of the research tools, techniques, datasets, and resources available and their use at various stages of the 'product life-cycle'.
  • Implement new statistical methodologies, processes and/or solutions to strengthen current research practice.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years previous work in market research / specialist agencies. Experience in Pharma sector is advantageous.
  • Experience of managing multi-methodology market research projects encompassing multi-markets.
  • Experience in working across regions and within a commercial, primary market research team and the ability to work with a cross-functional team in a matrix environment.
  • Project management - scoping, defining deliverables, business case development and reporting at a senior level including the ability to communicate effectively and to have a persuasive and credible presentation style
  • Strong business acumen and solution-orientation mindset.
