WANTED: my client is looking to hire a IT Service Delivery Analyst for their brand-new cyber service delivery function. This is a permanent role, based in Dublin City Centre with 3 days onsite pw.

WANTED: my client is looking to hire a IT Service Delivery Analyst for their brand-new cyber service delivery function. This is a permanent role, based in Dublin City Centre with 3 days onsite per week.

The IT Service Delivery Analyst is responsible for coordinating and delivering a range of day-to-day technical support in the use of ICT services, devices and applications, including taking ownership of ICT Service Delivery ticket queue and monitoring incidents and requests to ensure resolution within Service Level Agreements. The role delivers customer focussed services in cyber security, desktop hardware and software support, IT networks and systems, Microsoft Office suite, and cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and contributes to the quality of IT service delivery capabilities. This role does sit within a cyber security function where you will be focused on service delivery.

You will have the relevant experience required to take responsibility for building relationships with key users of the applications in the client community. They will provide an escalation path for clients with regard to the services provided and will work with the Service Providers to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues logged by users.

THIS IS A BRAND-NEW PERMANENT ROLE

LOCATION: Dublin City Centre

THIS IS A HYRBID ROLE WITH 3 DAYS ONSITE A WEEK

  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in a relevant service role
  • A degree/diploma in Business or Information Technology related discipline
  • Client facing experience within the IT industry, working with similar MIS applications
  • Knowledge and experience of formal Service Management methodologies and implementation of continuous improvement and best practice
  • Experience within IT security or Cyber Security would be a plus
