IT Sales Executive

Morgan McKinley are recruiting for a company specializing in the installation, management and security of computer networks. The team operates with the leading-edge technology available, they are also at the latter stages of development of Cloud and Cyber securities.

The Role:

The successful candidate will report to the Technical Director and would be responsible for a number of customer accounts. To be a success in this role you will need to keep up to date with all industry needs, customer needs and technical options.

As a key Sales Executive, you will be reporting to Director level and be responsible for a range of significant customer accounts

Key Responsibilities in the role:

• Review current customer network infrastructure, management and security defenses.
• Review customer plans for development while advising on the latest industry and technical trends, developments and future network requirements.
• Drive product and service sales to meet gaps in customers network management and security particularly in the face of increased cyber-attacks.
• Acting as the key contact point for the client, looking after their needs and ensuring exceptional client service.
• Be the voice of the customer providing internal feedback internally on our performance and how we can better serve our customers.

The Ideal Candidate:

• This role would be most suited to a person coming from an IT/Software Sales background.
• A degree in Computer Science/Engineering or significant experience in network management/security is required.
• A drive and passion for customer solutions and satisfaction.
• Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships.
• Professional with good verbal and written communication skills.
• A Self-starter, Energetic, Competitive and Proactive.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.
