Job Description

An exciting opportunity has come up for an HR administrator role based in Dublin. If you have at least 6 months of HR administrative experience, read on for more.

This is a role based in the learning and talent department of the organisation. So if you are looking to move towards into L&D, this could be the perfect opportunity to grab.

What could your typical day look like?

  • Supporting the L&T team with the learning management system
  • Coordinating training programmes
  • Updating the payroll for the employees
  • Responding to queiries of the learning and logging them on the system via emails, telephone and the LMS.
  • Manage relationship with stakeholders
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Keep up to date with HR legislation.

What are we looking for in you?

  • A least 6 months experience in HR administration.
  • Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment with changing priorities and time pressures
  • Highly motivated with an ability to organise own work load and drive results and work independently
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and procedures
  • Good communication skills
