Job Description

exciting new opportunity for an experienced business analyst with strong financial skills to join a leading Irish organsiation

*Please note as this is a permanent role, the candidate must uphold an EU/UK Passport or Valid Stamp 4 Visa to be considered*

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide commercial analysis to Activation Director and Regional Directors
  • Key interface with Dublin Finance, Marketing and MD.
  • Provide regular updates on business performance looking and AMP effectiveness and Promotional effectiveness.
  • Establish, agree and measure KPIs of business performance vs strategy
  • Work with area manager on promotional forecasting and analysis
  • Provide updated pricing on monthly/annual basis
  • Review and summarise relevant data provided by distributors as required including Nielsen
  • Review the commercial effectiveness of key innovations and recommend any changes required to enhance performance

  • Reviews financial data and summarises key points, making recommendations as to actions where appropriate.
  • Provides updates in standard format of financial metrics KPI's
  • Turns financial data into meaningful information, by identifying trends, priorities and conclusions
  • Presents a logical and analytical view based on sound financial analysis

  • Regional Commercial Teams
  • IMc's
  • Head of Commercial Finance (Dublin based)
  • Commercial Business Partners (Dublin based)
  • Commercial business partners in IMC's and Regional teams

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree, working towards ACCA/CIMA qualification
  • 3+ years experience with strong financial and analytical skills
  • FMCG experience preferred
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and working with databases
  • Working knowledge/fluency in Spanish an advantage

Excellent salary on offer which ranges from €45,000 - €60,000 depending on experience.
