Customer Support Adviser
- Full Time / Permanent position
- Base Salary : €26,000 - €27,000 dependant on experience.
- No weekends
- Monday to Friday
The role will be a hybrid working arrangement split between my clients picturesque offices in Little Island and home.
The role will include initial training and support during which they will need you to be on site full time to ensure you are happy, confident, and performing in the role.
You will be part of our Customer Support Adviser team. After training you can choose to be based fully on site or work within a hybrid working environment.
My client treats their customers as people, not numbers, and you will be at the forefront of this, offering any help, support, and guidance they need.
They provide necessary training, so you have all the tools at your disposal.
Communication skills are crucial as is having a genuine desire to help customers. The ability to listen and identify their needs, providing the best solutions, using professionalism and empathy is key.
Your attitude and approach to customers is more important than your experience. However, a background providing great customer service, showing an ability to think on your feet and operate with the customer in mind will put you in a great position to be successful in this role.
