Job Description:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, we are seeking a talented Brand Manager who has performance marketing experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of data interpretation and the ability to identify performance issues. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, coupled with tried and tested strategies to overcome various business challenges. The Brand Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing campaigns across multiple businesses to drive growth and achieve key performance. The desired candidate must be a media all-rounder with at least 3 years' experience developing and executing sizeable national campaigns for large brands and management of multiple large agencies. They will be instrumental in driving incremental growth for organisation products and services.
Job Responsibilities
Campaign Planning and Management:
- Lead the planning and development of insight-led campaigns to achieve key brand and campaign objectives.
- Manage 3rd party creative and media agencies, including development of agency briefs and budget management.
- Determine best practice mix of media channels, such as TV, Online Video, Radio, Programmatic Audio, Display, Meta Network, TikTok, and YouTube.
Campaign Execution:
- Manage and execute multiple campaigns across different channels and media partners simultaneously.
- Oversee day-to-day management of media activity and project management of creative development.
Data Analysis and Optimization:
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Interpret data to understand performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop actionable recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
Innovation and Problem-solving:
- Identify challenges and opportunities within marketing campaigns and propose innovative solutions.
- Implement strategies to overcome obstacles and drive continuous improvement.
- Evaluate emerging advertising channels and provide thought leadership for adoption where appropriate.
Communication and Education:
- Communicate strategy, campaign development and performance effectively to c-suite team.
- Educate stakeholders on marketing strategies and performance metrics.
Skills & Attributes

Experience
- Proven experience in producing insight led creative campaigns and delivering media activity which has a positive impact on brand and commercial KPIs.
- 3 years' experience in managing multiple large agencies.
- Possess a deep understanding and fluency with all marketing communication disciplines, creative, media, digital, social media, and advertising effectiveness.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to communications planning.
- Proven ability to work across broad cross functional teams to translate, ideate and produce best in class media strategies delivering on desired objectives.
- Experience working in a regulated environment a bonus.
