Are you immediately available and looking for an Accounts Assistant role? This 6 month contract based in Carrigtwohill has the potential to broaden your career
- Processing and coding of purchase invoices using Yardi Payscan.
- Liaise with facility managers to ensure all invoices are approved and any issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Complete regular supplier statement reconciliations to ensure accurate AP balances.
- Liaise with the finance team to manage monthly supplier payment runs and help to deal with any supplier payment and balance queries.
- Ad hoc duties including holiday cover and supporting the finance department with customer invoicing and bank reconciliations
- Accurately record Operations staff and Sub-contractor activities on the CMMS system
- Generate fortnightly notifications to sub-contractors to complete outstanding planned service maintenances
- Monitor work order progress, and where necessary chase assigned resource to ensure resolution in a timely manner.
- Issue and monitor the return of Sub-Contractor documentation
- Liaise with Sub-Contractors to obtain work reports
- Monthly review of Contractor Records to ensure insurances are up-to-date
- Coins system use - huge advantage
- Any ERP System use
- Bookeeping and Journal entry
- 3-4 years experience
