Job Description

A leading financial services company are recruiting for a complaints admin to work in a fast-paced and professional environment.

Do you want a fresh start?

As the Complaints Administrator you would be reporting to the Legal Counsel, you would be responsible for ensuring that all complaints received are dealt with efficiently, whilst adhering to the requirements of relevant legislative, regulatory & policy standards.

Duties / Responsibilities:

-Ensure all complaints are recorded and dealt with in a timely manner

-Continuously ensure that all aspects of complaints are addressed - excellent attention to detail required

-Escalate any issues to the relevant teams or individuals

-Record any errors found during investigation on the error system (GRC)

The ideal candidate:

-Excellent commination skills - both written and verbal

-Ability to work as part of a team & maintain relationships with internal teams, clients and relevant third parties

-Excellent negotiation, persuasion and influencing skills

-Proficiency in MS Office

-Letter writing skills - desirable

-APA Qualified - desirable
