Responsibilities:
Manage all financial operations for a publicly listed group, encompassing accounting, tax, banking, and optional company secretarial duties.
Conduct financial consolidation, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Collaborate with international finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Prepare precise financial statements adhering to Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (HKFRS) and listing rules.
Oversee ESG reporting, ensuring compliance with Hong Kong regulations and listing standards.
Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits, tax computations, and related matters.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Professional certification such as HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
Proven hands on expertise in financial reporting and group consolidation.
Experience with listed companies
At least 5 years of finance and accounting experience, with prior auditing at CPA firms preferred
Comprehensive understanding of HKFRS, Hong Kong listing regulations, and other relevant standards.
Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with strong interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse teams.
