Assistant Finance Manager - Listed Company, up to 56K

Responsibilities:

• Manage all financial operations for a publicly listed group, encompassing accounting, tax, banking, and optional company secretarial duties.

• Conduct financial consolidation, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

• Collaborate with international finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

• Prepare precise financial statements adhering to Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (HKFRS) and listing rules.

• Oversee ESG reporting, ensuring compliance with Hong Kong regulations and listing standards.

• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits, tax computations, and related matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Professional certification such as HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent.

• Proven hands on expertise in financial reporting and group consolidation.

• Experience with listed companies

• At least 5 years of finance and accounting experience, with prior auditing at CPA firms preferred

• Comprehensive understanding of HKFRS, Hong Kong listing regulations, and other relevant standards.

• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with strong interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse teams.
